My Superior Twin Room was spacious and equipped with a massive walk-in shower that hit just right after a long day.

I was left a bit miffed when I arrived after a call about availability, only to discover there was no hot water. A heads-up before I paid would’ve gone a long way, though the overall vibe of the stay was decent.

Absolutely shocking experience, the soundproofing was non-existent and I could hear all the lobby chatter until 2 AM, which is just unacceptable! no free parking! I expected at least a complimentary upgrade for putting up with that chaos. a promising hotel but sadly let down by the details, so disappointing I almost gave a good review, but just couldn't.

Soundproofing is severely lacking. conversations from the lobby can be heard clearly up to 2 AM, disrupting sleep. Room maintenance issues like a wardrobe door missing, electric sockets detached from the wall, and an uncomfortable sofa bed for extra guests present significant inconveniences. During my stay, there was an incident where a stranger mistakenly walked into my room, adding to the overall discomfort.

The lack of free parking options is frustrating!!! Limited soundproofing means you hear everything happening in the hallway and lobby!!! Uncomfortable sofa beds for extra guests could be improved!!! Housekeeping needs consistency in cleanliness standards!!!

Comfortable Stay with Family Touches

Our family enjoyed a lovely one-night stay with clean accommodations and thoughtful touches for kids, like gifts and a nice playground. Breakfast had a great variety, though arrive early to enjoy everything. A more extensive breakfast option would enhance the experience even further.

Had a splendid stay with a large room and comfy beds that felt like a hug after a long day! We enjoyed lounging on the sun terrace and taking in the fresh air by the garden area. The only drawback was that some amenities were missing, but it didn't stop us from having a great time. 🌞

The Superior Double Room offered a comfortable stay with plenty of charging sockets and good tea-making facilities, enhancing convenience. the lack of diverse TV channels and the dim lighting made for a less enjoyable experience, especially in the bathroom where the gaps in the toilet door compromised privacy. Free parking was a bonus, yet the reception's indifference during checkout left something to be desired.

Nice place with comfortable rooms, a great fitness center, and attentive 24-hour reception. On my first stay, the staff shared helpful tips about the town, especially Mr Lukasz. I’ll be back for the new year!
